Safe refuge welcome pack
The VITA Network have created a really useful safe refuge welcome pack, available to download here, which you can use as a template to help prepare yourselves and your guests for their arrival. It takes you through some of the key pieces of information that you may wish to share with guests. Remember to ask your guests if there is anything in addition they would like to know or would find useful.

The Sanctuary foundation have a range of resources available for those hosting Ukrainian families with young children all available to download here. These include a document covering basic safety information and checklists of items for looking after a refugee baby, toddler and/or child. They also have a referral form you can use to request Baby Basics items.
Olia Hercules, one of the chefs behind the #CookForUkraine initiative, who is Ukrainian, has compiled a list of ingredients that may help Ukrainians to feel welcome and comforted. This is a season appropriate list that will be updated in due course. This is not exhaustive. The list is available here.
