Red Cross International Family Tracing Service

If you need help with finding missing family members abroad you can normally contact the Red Cross International Family Tracing Service, however, due to a sophisticated cyber security attack against computer servers hosting information held by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), have had to temporarily suspend their International Family Tracing service.

The Red Cross can try to assist families to reconnect with loved ones who have lost contact with one another because of an armed conflict, migration, and natural disaster. This includes finding partners of people who are not married and those looking for their same-sex partners.

If you are trying to find family in Ukraine and are unable to contact family members and you think they are still within the territory of Ukraine, the Red Cross may be able to help you:
