Activities: “We are Sport in Mind – the charity that uses sport and physical activity to improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems”. Park Yoga at Winchester
Where? Close to the centre of Winchester, join Park Yoga for free Sunday morning yoga at The Garrison Ground, near the new Winchester Sport & Leisure Park, Bar End Road.
This course normally runs from May – September only as it depends on the weather.
Everyone is invited, including children, and all abilities are welcome. Just bring your mat, towel or blanket, and be part of something great. You don’t have to book in advance, just turn up and take part.

If you would like to take part in Wellbeing Walks, please come along to the start point of the walk you would like to join a few minutes early so that a trained leader can give you a registration form to complete. You will then be able to take part in as many walks as you wish.
